The Bucktown Babies by Janine Pestel

This isn’t a genre that I normally read, but I enjoyed Pestel’s book. I liked her mixture of mystery, suspense, and humor. I felt that it was a bit short, but this is the first book in the series, so I suppose that makes up for it. It’s a quick read that doesn’t really lag at any point. I give it four stars and will definitely read the sequel.
