About

IMG_1695

I’m the author of the literary suspense, The Earth Bleeds Red (Oct ’13). It is currently available on the Kindle and in paperback, and it will be released as an audiobook by 1/2018. I am currently seeking representation for my contemporary fiction, An American Family. It’s a family drama with a strong mystery theme throughout. I’ve written it as a stand-alone novel with series potential.

I am a professional thrifter who is happily married, the father of four children, and an avid runner. I was born and raised in Georgia, and spent time in Oklahoma, California, Connecticut, and then Oregon, as an adult. I’m a graduate of Oregon State University and now reside in North Georgia, raising my family, near family.

You can visit my stores at: NameBrandThrift.comThriftlandia.com, and 1900sVintage.com. I’m a bit of a free spirit who enjoys working from home, traveling around, looking for treasures to share, and creating worlds that otherwise would not exist. Thrifting and writing are my two passions, and I’m fortunate to be able to do both.

Thank you for visiting,

Jackson Paul Baer

  1. Jackson, thanks for following my blog. 🙂 Yours looks like it will be interesting, and I’d like to sign up to get posts via e-mail if I could. I just never look at the RSS feed. Is there a place to do that? The site you signed up on for mine isn’t active any more as I’ve switched over to a URL of my own. If you do want to follow what I’m writing now, the link is http://www.journeyintotheson.com .

    Blessings!

    1. Thanks for stopping by Cindy! I’ll visit your new site right away. When I follow someone on WordPress, I get an email when they post a new blog. Maybe try clicking on my name and following from there.
